The hotel is situated in a lovely location by the beautiful lake park 'Damparken' in Haderslev. The rooms offer a great view but were uncomfortably hot and the water temperature could not be adjusted easily. The service was friendly but somewhat inexperienced. The dining experience was average with room for improvement in breakfast options. Overall, a convenient location with some room for enhancement in room comfort and service quality.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were simple and good in size, but unfortunately, they overlooked a noisy dumpster and loading area. The service was friendly and helpful, but they missed refreshing our drinking cups, which would have been a nice touch. The location, near the beautiful lake park 'Damparken' in Haderslev, is great, especially after a short closure period, making it quiet.
